Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
NRL’s client is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to take the commercial lead on a £10M new carpark construction at Manchester Airport, ensuring costs and contracts are managed efficiently.
The project involves earthworks, drainage, and subcontractor-led civil engineering works.
This role requires strong commercial control to deliver on budget, mitigate risks, and support project leadership.

What you will need

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects involving horizontal or structural civils
Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (Option

A)
Expertise in budget management, forecasting, cost reporting, and subcontractor account management
Experience in procurement, value engineering, and risk management
