Electrical Engineer – M13 - £37,000 - £42,000

Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on electrical systems

* Attending to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

* Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required

* Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:

* Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Experience with in a commercial building or facilities management environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
