With a clear growth strategy in place, the consultancy is now seeking an Associate Director to play a pivotal role in the leadership and continued development of its Manchester office.

The Role Leading the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure commissions Managing and developing senior client relationships Line management, mentoring, and development of project teams Playing a key role in business development and work-winning Supporting the strategic growth and direction of the Manchester office Key Requirements Extensive Quantity Surveyor experience within civil engineering or infrastructure Sector background in water, rail, highways, or general civils will be considered Proven team management and leadership experience Strong commercial acumen and business development capability Confident operating at Associate Director / leadership level
