• Reporting directly to the Strategic Lead play a key role in enhancing visibility of cost and margin performance, building reliable reporting and ensuring profitability is a core consideration at every stage.
• Maintain accurate and consistent cost and margin reporting.
• Analyse Bills of Materials (Boyoutu) (BoMs), routings, and labour flows to identify key cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to review product design and manufacturing methods, identifying simplification opportunities and cost‑down potential.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to ensure margin performance is consistently monitored and addressed.
• Support the implementation of standardised cost control processes, dashboards, and reporting cycles.

• Ideally qualified to degree level.
• Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost engineer, cost specialist or similar role.
• Experience in data, operational and financial analysis.
• Experience with in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical organisation.
• Experience working within a Standard Cost environment and showing an understanding of Manufacturing Variance
