Junior Building Services Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Building Services Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in the design and delivery of building services projects.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers on a variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

• Assist in the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems
• Support the preparation of calculations, technical reports, and specifications
• Assist with producing and reviewing drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD
• Participate in project meetings and coordination with internal and external teams
• Carry out site visits, inspections, and surveys as required
• Support compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and sustainability requirements
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Degree (or working towards) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of building services systems and design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
