Our client is a well-established Building Services Consultancy working on cutting-edge building projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to collaborate with M&E Engineers, drive sustainable design, and make a real impact in the industry.

• Energy modelling and building simulation
• Part L compliance, EPCs, TM59/52 Overheating Analysis, and SAP assessments
• Early-stage passive design analysis Liaising with design teams, contractors, and statutory authorities
• Report writing and business development

• Proficiency in IES VE software (Model IT, Apache Sim, Vista Pro, Macro Flo, VE Compliance)
• Strong experience in building physics, energy modelling & simulation
• Knowledge of building regulations, energy codes, and planning requirements
• Ability to manage projects and engage with stakeholders
• Passion for reducing carbon emissions in the built environment
