Our specialism is employment of our own Multi‑disciplined staff providing our public sector clients and consultant partners with experienced technical staff throughout the UK. We cover Civil and Structural projects within the Highways, rail, Buildings, Housing, airports and Infrastructure markets.

Starting your career with Waterman Aspen as a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor will see you in the embryonic position growing the diversification of Housing/Building Surveying business within our North West team. As a key member of the Traffic and Highways team you will have a critical input over your CPD and career development and within our management team you can be assured you will grow and build your career within the UK.
