Structural Engineer

£35k-45k depending on experience + Package

We are recruiting an experienced structural engineer on behalf of our client, an established civil and structural consultancy with a well-established business (a lot of repeat clients) and increasing workload. They are looking to grow the structural team and the position is based out of their Manchester offices (flexible/hybrid working environment).

As a Structural Engineer, you will work on designing buildings across a diverse portfolio of medium and large projects in sectors including high-end residential, commercial, education, leisure, health, and industrial. You will be part of a team of engineers, working on all project stages and mentored by more senior chartered engineers. You will also be involved in surveying buildings.

On Offer

Base salary: £35k-£45k depending on experience

5% yearly bonus

About you and the role

• You will work on the design of a range of medium and large buildings and structural projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new builds.
• You should have surveying experience; the role will involve a mix of design work and surveying.
• Ideally, you will have 3+ years of buildings structures design experience, preferably in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• You should have used design software such as TSD, Tedds, Etabs, Master series, etc.
