We are looking for an experienced Project Director or Project Manager to step up to the next level for a large Civil Engineering/Infrastructure package in Manchester. This key assignment will have a huge positive impact on the North West of England.

Ideal candidate: track record of successful delivery of Civil Engineering infrastructure contracting packages – particularly ‘in the ground’ and reinforced concrete works. Degree background, strong technical knowledge, and ability to oversee the project, manage and motivate, while keeping the client informed and up to date.

Our client is a specialist contractor with an impressive order book and a track record of staff retention and promotion from within. Sites are well equipped with a solid professional team and up‑to‑date systems and methodologies.

Base salary is £120,000 – £135,000 per annum plus package or day rate. The offer is open to negotiation for the right individual.

• Oversee the delivery of the Civil Engineering infrastructure package.
• Manage and motivate project teams.

• Ensure technical standards and client requirements are met.

• Degree background in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Track record of successful delivery of Civil Engineering infrastructure contracting packages, especially in‑ground and reinforced concrete works.
• Strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Proven ability to oversee projects and manage teams.
