We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients growing aerospace engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of high-precision mechanical systems used in cutting‑edge aerospace applications. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust, reliable, and manufacturable solutions for demanding environments.

• Design and develop high‑precision mechanical assemblies for aerospace systems and components.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using Solid Works, ensuring compliance with aerospace drawing standards.
• Perform FEA simulations (structural, thermal, flow) to validate performance under aerospace operating conditions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure designs are optimised for CNC machining, assembly, and aerospace‑grade reliability.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams in electronics, RF, and systems engineering.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency with 3D CAD tools (Solid Works preferred).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Practical experience with FEA tools.
• Excellent understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
• Knowledge of high‑volume manufacturing processes.
• Experience with thermal management of electronics.
