Graduate Civil Engineer – Regulated Water (Manchester)

We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Water sector team in Manchester. The role is part of our Graduate Development Programme (GDP), a structured two‑year scheme that combines blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking, supported by on‑the‑job projects.
Responsibilities- Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to design water treatment plants, pumping stations, and distribution networks that supply drinking water.
- Design wastewater treatment plants and drainage network assets to improve water quality.
- Design pressure and gravity pipelines.
- Design site layouts for a diverse range of markets, including water, data centres, and energy.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new water and wastewater assets, including regional transfer projects such as the RAPID SRO programme.
- Deliver projects on agreed time frames and budgets, striving for technical excellence.
- Relevant degree or master’s level qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering or similar.
- Self‑starter, flexible, and keen to drive your career forward.
