Senior Fire Engineer

The Senior or Principal Fire Engineer will be based in their main Manchester hub, an impressive, high-end office in the Northern quarter. The office is a short walk from the Piccadilly station.

The Senior Fire Engineer

The senior fire engineer should be confident to lead on their own, complex projects across all stages of the project cycle and managing the day to day responsibilities. Experience working on healthcare projects would be beneficial.

Responsibilities required of the fire engineer, but not limited to:

Fire Engineering Design
Fire Strategies
Fire Hazard Identification
Fire Risk Assessment
Smoke control Design
Code Compliance Reviews
Fire suppression and fire alarm systems would be beneficial
Previous experience with a multidisciplinary or a consultancy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management
Commercially minded

Education / Qualifications required

Fire Engineering Degree / BEng or Relevant Degree (mechanical, building services)
MSc beneficial but not required
