- Minimum 2:1 in Civil Engineering
- No more than 12 months’ work experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).

- The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
- Association for Project Management (APM)
- Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP)
- British Tunnelling Society (BTS)
- The Institute of Leadership (IOL)
- You will also begin your journey with professional associations such as The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Our graduate selection process shall comprise of the following stages:
- Application
- Online assessment
- Shortlisting
- Graduate Assessment Centre
- Assisting in specification, procurement, implementation and safe operations of all electrical systems required for project delivery
- Coordinateelectrical distribution systems requirements across all relevantconstruction sites.
- Enablingcompliance with safe systems of works
- Ensuringelectrical commissioning and fault-finding on relevant machinery and equipment
- Ensuring
MSVs electrical commissioning and fault-finding - Maintain all records of inspections and maintenance (planned & unplanned)
- Participating& supporting in implementation of a planned preventative maintenancescheme and oversee the spare parts management, including the correct stocklevel of electrical consumables, etc.
- Supportin the management of specialist subcontractors undertaking electrical works on site
- Supporting in implementation of the electrical operating safety procedures, including safe systems of work, risk assessments & method statements and taskbriefings associated with electrical distribution
