Graduate Fire Engineer – April 2026 (Manchester)

You’ll work within our Building & Real Estate Division, supporting a team of experts on a variety of projects, both autonomously and collaboratively. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a recognised fire safety engineering qualification eager to develop specialised skills and contribute to our mission of delivering world‑class services.

• Develop design and construction fire safety strategies.
• Prepare fire safety assessments for external walls.
• Produce technical engineering analyses such as CFD modelling, structural fire engineering, and other relevant assessments.
• Carry out site visits when required.
• Provide fire safety advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Write fee proposal letters.
• Liaise with clients on a regular basis.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, structural, civil, or a similar field).
• Involvement with a professional body.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
