Senior Architectural Technologist — Manchester

An established, design-led architectural practice based in central Manchester is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to take a lead position in the technical delivery of healthcare projects, spanning both refurbishment and new-build work.

• Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring full compliance with client briefs, statutory requirements, and industry standards
• Act as a job runner, managing projects independently while also overseeing and mentoring small technical teams
• Contribute to site delivery, providing technical input, resolving construction issues, and supporting contractors and consultants
• Work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to develop robust, practical, and innovative technical solutions
• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction information

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering healthcare projects, including refurbishment and new-build schemes
• Proven ability to run projects and manage multiple workloads concurrently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach
• Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and technical compliance requirements

• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with Sketch Up, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous
