Full Time, Temporary Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer in Special Educational Needs with SPMLD experience to join a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester. This is a full time temporary role to start after half term, 36 hours per week paid. Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons on Special Educational Needs, with a focus on SPMLD. Design and develop high-quality learning materials, tailored to the needs of students with varying abilities. Support students with SPMLD in a way that enhances their academic, social, and personal development. Contribute to the creation of an inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse learning needs. Work collaboratively with fellow staff members and external agencies to ensure holistic student support.

Requirements: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or equivalent. Proven experience working with students with SPMLD. Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs frameworks and strategies, with a focus on SPMLD. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A DBS is also needed for this role.
