Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are currently recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary school settings. We have both long-term and flexible opportunities available for experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children's education.

This role offers the chance to work within supportive school environments where teaching assistants play a vital role in supporting pupil learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Working with small groups of pupils to support literacy and numeracy development
* Providing additional support for pupils who may need extra guidance
* Assisting with classroom preparation and learning activities
* Promoting positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
* Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
* Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Has experience supporting children in an educational setting
* Is enthusiastic, patient and committed to supporting pupils
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Is adaptable and able to work across different classroom environments
