Early Years Phase Leader; Middle Leader

Position: Early Years Phase Leader (Middle Leader)
Panoramic Associates is partnered with a school in West Midlands, who are seeking an Early Years Teacher and Phase Leader to join them on an interim basis. This role is to start ASAP and run until the end of the Summer term. You will lead the Early Years phase, supporting high-quality provision for students. The role includes coaching colleagues, supporting the implementation of the Early Years curriculum, and mentoring teachers including ECTs.

The position includes four days class teaching and one day out of class for leadership responsibilities, alongside PPA and two additional leadership sessions each week. This role would suit a strong Early Years practitioner who is passionate about developing practice across a team and keen to grow their leadership experience and impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to teach in the classroom.
