Full‑Time | Long‑Term Opportunity

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in the M38 area. This is a full‑time, long‑term position, offering an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact within a supportive and well‑established primary setting.

We are seeking a confident classroom practitioner who can deliver high‑quality teaching and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress effectively
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

This role may be within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on your experience and the needs of the school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within a primary setting
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• Effective classroom management skills
• A proactive and positive approach to teaching
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
