Time Plan Education is supporting a primary school looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH). This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to children who need extra support to access learning.

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, following IEPs/EHCPs.
  • Adapt activities, use visuals and practical resources, and offer emotional support.
  • Help pupils with social skills, regulation and confidence, working closely with the SENCO and class teacher.
  • Contribute to observations, records and reviews of pupil progress.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
  • Be calm, empathetic and resilient, with strong communication skills.
  • Be passionate about inclusion and willing to undertake further CPD.
