Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are working in partnership with a primary school in Salford who are seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted interventions across Key Stage 2.

The school is focused on raising attainment and narrowing learning gaps, particularly in Year 4 and Year 5.

• Delivering small group Maths and English interventions.
• Supporting pupils preparing for end‑of‑year assessments.
• Assisting with classroom differentiation.
• Encouraging independence and confidence in learners.
• Supporting behaviour management strategies.
• Working closely with the class teacher and phase leader.

• Level 2 TA qualification.
• Recent KS2 classroom experience.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident delivering structured intervention sessions.
• A calm, patient and supportive approach.
