Aspire People is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for KS2 pupils, providing academic and pastoral support in Manchester schools.
Responsibilities- Deliver interventions and support classroom teaching
- Work with pupils to improve confidence, resilience, and learning
- Monitor pupil progress and report to teachers
- Support children with SEN and behavioural needs
- Maintain safe, structured learning environment
- Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting KS2 pupils
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Long-term contract with competitive daily pay
- Dedicated support from Aspire consultants
- Opportunities to progress to Level 3 TA roles
