A well‑regarded specialist school in Salford is looking to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to support pupils with a variety of additional learning needs including ASD, SEMH needs, and communication difficulties.

As a Learning Support Assistant (SEN), you will play a key role in helping pupils access education and develop essential life skills. You will support learning in a range of ways including 1:1 support, small group interventions, and classroom assistance
.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils academically and emotionally
• Helping implement individual support plans and strategies
• Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons
• Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

• Immediate start available
• Up to 550 per week
• Long‑term, full‑time Learning Support Assistant (SEN) role
• Structured training and ongoing support
• Valuable experience for future careers in education or psychology

• Enthusiastic and caring approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
