The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. The Careers Service is seeking to recruit students to take part in a student-led focus group taking place from 12:15pm - 1:45pm on Wednesday 22 April 2026 in person on campus. Please note there will be four focus groups in total - one for each faculty.

The focus group will discuss a range of topics in relation to the careers support available to students during their studies. Feedback will help your Careers Service to improve our support for students in each faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to have input into developing careers services at Manchester Met. We aim to recruit students who are representative of different courses, year groups and backgrounds.

No previous experience of using careers services is needed. The focus group will be led by student representatives of the Careers Student Advisory Board with support from staff in the Careers Service.
