Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor (Full Time Teaching role) – Wythenshawe, Manchester

Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of up to £42,250. 34 days holidays (including bank holidays), rising to 43 after year

• Deliver high‑quality teaching/training sessions onsite in Wythenshawe, Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
• Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.

• Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
• Someone who loves sharing knowledge and teaching and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

• Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
• Knowledge of government‑funded training.
