We are looking for outstanding SEND TA's to support students in Salford. This is a great opportunity for candidates to develop their skills and to be supported by a friendly and supportive schools. We are able to source work on a flexible or long term basis. As a teaching assistant with Axcis you will:

• Be a role model, mentor and daily support to the child/ren you will be working with.
• Support students with SEND to overcome social and academic barriers.
• Support the class teacher in delivery of the curriculum.
• Make reasonable adjustments to ensure students thrive in the setting.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to identified students.
• Be passionate about supporting students with SEND.
• Provide support advice and guidance.
• Promote independence in line with the settings policy.

• Provides learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Support students to find new talents.
