Primary Curriculum Recovery Teacher

Aspire People is working with a forward-thinking primary school in Central Manchester that is investing in curriculum recovery following gaps in learning across KS1 and KS2.

This is a non-class-based teaching role, ideal for a teacher who enjoys targeted teaching, diagnostic assessment, and seeing measurable progress without the pressures of full class responsibility.

• Delivering targeted Maths and English recovery sessions
• Working with small groups across KS1 and KS2
• Identifying learning gaps and adapting sessions accordingly
• Supporting pupils who have fallen behind expected levels
• Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders

• Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS)
• Teachers returning from a career break
• Teachers looking for impact-driven teaching
• Strong KS1/KS2 curriculum knowledge
