Aspire People are partnering with a well‑established primary school in North Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full‑time role.

• Full teaching responsibility for a Year 4 class.
• Planning and delivering engaging Lower KS2 lessons.
• Supporting pupils in developing independence and resilience.
• Delivering structured Maths and English lessons with clear differentiation.
• Preparing pupils for transition into Upper KS2.
• Assessing, tracking and reporting pupil progress.
• Maintaining strong communication with parents and leadership.

• QTS and recent primary teaching experience.
• Experience with in KS2 (Year 3‑6 desirable).
• Strong curriculum knowledge across core subjects.
• Confident behaviour management skills.
• Ability to challenge high‑attaining pupils while supporting those requiring intervention.
• Commitment to safeguarding and whole‑school values.
