Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Contract: Full‑time

Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We’re seeking caring, motivated Learning Support Assistants to support students with Autism and Behavioural Needs in a nurturing and inclusive specialist school setting.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide personalised 1:1 or small‑group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Promote communication, independence, and confidence in the classroom.
• Support teachers in maintaining a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
• Use proactive, supportive strategies to help students manage challenging behaviour.

We are keen to hear from individuals who are:

• Patient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting children with SEN.
• Strong communicators who can build trust and positive relationships.
• Experienced with Autism or behavioural needs (beneficial but not essential).
• Team‑focused, proactive, and resilient in their approach.
