• Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: January 2025
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Contract Type: Full-time

• Work closely with teachers to deliver creative, engaging lessons across multiple key stages
• Support the development of personalised learning plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide focused one-on-one support for pupils requiring additional assistance
• Encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment that inspires students
• Participate in lesson planning and classroom preparation
• Monitor and track student progress, providing clear feedback to support development

• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role
• A strong desire to help students thrive and achieve their best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive team player who is adaptable and flexible
