• Full training available if you re new to tutoring but have solid trade experience.

• Can teach their trade with passion and patience.
• Has 5+ years experience in Painting & Decorating.
• Holds a Level 2 recognised qualification.
• Has experience working with hard-to-reach or challenging learners.
• Is confident offering advice, guidance, and mentoring.
• Can be a role model and inspire learners to reach their potential.
