Enthusiastic and motivating employability Lecturer to join the Preparation for Work team. Part‑time adult courses delivery and assessment.

• Short non‑accredited sector specific courses (e.g., Working in the NHS, Working in Schools)

• Deliver teaching and learning to a consistently good or outstanding standard.
• Assess learners, both formatively and summatively against awarding body criteria/key course targets.
• Take course leadership responsibilities.
• Participate in team meetings and working groups.
• Comply with service quality assurance procedures and policies.
• Keep up to date in subject area.

• Track record of successfully delivering IT courses to varying skills and knowledge levels.

• Teaching qualification, ideally Level 5 or willingness to work towards.
• Professional and academic competence/qualifications to teach on the courses.
• Experience of adopting a range of teaching and learning strategies.
• Use of e‑learning platforms such as Google Classroom or willingness to learn.
• Flexible approach and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Engage and develop adult learners and role model attributes.
