Learning Support Assistant – Salford
Primary School | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
£85–£100 per day (depending on experience)
Cover People are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Salford who are looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, particularly pupils who may need extra help to access the curriculum.
The Role
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Working 1:1 or with small groups
Supporting children with additional learning needs
Assisting with classroom routines and learning activities
Helping create a positive, calm and inclusive environment
✅ About You
Experience working with children (school experience preferred)
Patient, caring and reliable
Confident supporting learning and behaviour
DBS on the update service or willing to apply
