Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant – Full Time

Aspire People is working closely with a welcoming primary school that is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team.

This school places a strong emphasis on learning through play, communication development, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and supported.

• Supporting pupils within Nursery or Reception
• Delivering EYFS‑based learning activities
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication needs
• Assisting with observations and progress tracking
• Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead

• Level 3 TA / Early Years qualification (essential)
• Recent experience in an EYFS setting
• Warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
