The Role- Alternative Provision in Chorlton-cum-Hardy
- Support pupils with challenging behaviour
- Assist those with additional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and mental health
- 1:1 / small group intervention sessions
- Monitor student progress
- Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs
- Daily rate of £100-£120 per day, term time only
- Full time, Monday - Friday school hours
- Excellent SLT and SEN team to support
- 2:1 or 1st class degree would be ideal
- Challenging experience is required
- Previous experience working in a PRU would be desirable
- Personable and role model figure required
- Supportive and inspiring personality
- Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
