About the Role:

Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback and intervention where necessary.

Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and schemes of work.

Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Specialism in Science (any discipline), with the ability to teach across the sciences

A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Science

Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to behaviour for learning

A commitment to inclusive education, supporting a diverse range of learners including those with SEND and EAL
