• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring all children make excellent progress.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Implement effective strategies for differentiation to support the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school-wide improvement.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning and well-being.
• Actively engage in professional development to enhance teaching practice.
