We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Class Teachers to join our team and help us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring all children make excellent progress.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Implement effective strategies for differentiation to support the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school-wide improvement.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning and well-being.
- Actively engage in professional development to enhance teaching practice.
