Year 5 Teacher - Upper KS2 Focus - North Manchester

You will be responsible for a Year 5 class, supporting pupils as they build the independence and subject knowledge needed for Year 6.

Your role will include:

• Delivering high-quality lessons across KS2
• Supporting pupils academically and socially
• Preparing pupils for the transition to Year 6
• Working closely with the KS2 team
