Overview
Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to step into the classroom? We're looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.
Responsibilities- Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a calm, productive learning environment.
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Manage student behaviour, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students.
- Experience working with young people aged 11-16 in a school, youth work, or similar environment.
- Minimum of Grade C / Level 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant
