Cover Supervisor

Axcis Education are seeking a dedicated and resilient Cover Supervisor to join a thriving Academy in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong presence in the classroom, excellent behaviour management skills, and a commitment to supporting student learning.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.

- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, particularly with students who display challenging behaviour.

- Confidence in leading a classroom and engaging students in their learning.

- A calm, patient, and resilient approach to dealing with difficult situations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
