We are currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic Secondary School Teachers to work across a range of supportive and high-performing secondary schools. This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy working in different school settings and are passionate about supporting young people in their learning.

About the Role

As a Secondary School Teacher, you will deliver engaging learning experiences, support student progress, and help maintain a positive classroom environment. You’ll work alongside established staff teams and follow existing schemes of work, ensuring continuity and consistency for students.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across your subject specialism

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Support students’ academic progress and engagement

Follow school behaviour policies and expectations

Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff

Provide feedback to departments where required

Adapt to different school settings with confidence and professionalism

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in a secondary school environment

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A flexible, reliable, and positive approach

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence working across different schools

ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
