About this jobThe Governors of St Patrick’s RC High School are looking to appoint an excellent Teacher of Maths with responsibility for Whole‑School Numeracy who is committed to ensuring pupil enjoyment and progress within our successful Maths department and to developing the Whole‑School Numeracy Strategy.
Responsibilities- Have a love of their subject
- Have a sound and detailed knowledge of Maths
- Have a good understanding of numeracy across the secondary curriculum
- Have high regard for their learning environment and resources
- Aspire to be a talented, dynamic and ambitious teacher, ensuring outstanding progress for all students
- Have the ability to inspire, engage and enthuse students
- Be skilled at fostering independent and collaborative student‑led learning
- Completion of an enhanced DBS check
- Eligibility for the Guaranteed Assessment Scheme (if applicable)
