Reeson Education is looking for a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful and nurturing EYFS setting at a truly fantastic primary school in the heart of M11, Manchester. This Teaching Assistant role is full-time, long-term, and starts as soon as possible.

The Teaching Assistant will be based within the EYFS, supporting across Reception. You will assist with class activities, lead small group interventions, and provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

* Work as a Teaching Assistant across EYFS, supporting Reception pupils.

* Deliver small group interventions, 1:1 support, and general class assistance.

* Support learning through play, early phonics, and basic number activities.

* Foster a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

* Provide tailored support for children with social, emotional, and developmental needs.

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:

* Be a passionate and engaging Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience.

* Have a sound understanding of child development and early years frameworks.

* Be creative, adaptable, and confident working across different EYFS settings.

* Be able to support children with a wide range of needs, including SEND.

* Show excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

* Right to work in the UK.

* Recent references covering the last 2-3 years.

* A genuine passion for working in EYFS as a Teaching Assistant.
