Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: M41, Manchester

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min lunch)

Pay: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Long-term, ongoing

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a busy SEN primary school in M41. This Teaching Assistant will work with pupils who have SEMH, ASD, ADHD, SLD, and other additional needs. The Teaching Assistant will provide both 1:1 support and small group interventions to help children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Provide individual and group support as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Collaborate with teachers to implement personalised learning strategies as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Assist with classroom activities, lessons, and interventions as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Observe and report pupil progress as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Promote inclusion and participation as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Adapt to the changing needs of the classroom as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Support the holistic development of pupils as a Teaching Assistant
  .

• Experience in SEN or primary school settings desirable.
• Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting children as a Teaching Assistant
  .
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply.
