Reeson Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a fantastic Primary SEN school in Stretford, M32. This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a school dedicated to supporting pupils with a wide range of needs and helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• As a Teaching Assistant
  , you'll support pupils across EYFS to KS2 with a variety of needs, including SEN, SEMH, PMLD, MLD, sensory needs, and speech and language difficulties
  .
• The role involves working closely with small groups or 1:1 to deliver tailored support and engaging learning activities.
• You will be part of a dedicated team, helping to implement individualised education plans and providing personal care when required.
• Hours are 8:30 AM to 15:30 PM
  , Monday to Friday, with long term potential for the right candidate

• Has experience working with pupils with special educational needs or a desire to develop in this area.
• Is patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about making a difference in pupils' lives.
• Demonstrates adaptability and creativity when supporting children with varying levels of complexity.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike, contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
