• £100 joining fee after working 10 days
• £250 refer-a-friend scheme (once your referral has worked 20 days)

• QTS with a specialism in History, Geography, or RE
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for inspiring young learners
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
• References covering the last 2 years
