Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School

The Role

• Supporting pupils across EYFS/KS1/KS2 (depending on experience)

• Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support

• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management

• Supporting children with additional needs where required (SEND/EAL)

• Creating a calm, nurturing and engaging classroom environment

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a UK primary school

• Confident supporting phonics, reading and numeracy interventions

• A patient, reliable and proactive approach

• Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service) or willing to apply

• Regular, ongoing work opportunities
