Aspire People are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Manchester who are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs on a long-term basis.
This school has a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing, and nurturing positive relationships, making it an excellent environment for an experienced SEND TA.
The Role- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEND
- Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Assisting the class teacher with differentiation and support strategies
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Supporting pupils' academic and social development throughout the school day
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting
- Calm, patient, and consistent approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred
- Competitive daily pay, paid weekly
