SEND Primary Teaching Assistant

Aspire People is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Manchester who are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs on a long‑term basis. This school has a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing, and nurturing positive relationships, making it an excellent environment for an experienced SEND TA.

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEND
• Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
• Assisting the class teacher with differentiation and support strategies
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Supporting pupils' academic and social development throughout the school day

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting
• Calm, patient, and consistent approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred
